full refund. No long explanations needed. I stand

immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are offered 
as a courtesy under my satisfaction guarantee — not as 
a standard return.

  Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.

  Orders where the PDF was successfully downloaded 
  and no issue was reported within 30 days.

  Purchases made through unauthorized third-party

Exchanges do not apply. If you experience a 
technical issue with the download, contact me and 
I will send you a new download link immediately.
