At Novexa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to make shopping with us worry-free. Please read the policy below carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unworn clothing items in their original condition and packaging (with tags still attached).

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, bodysuits) or items marked as final sale.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at novexastoreltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note: damaged packaging alone (e.g., creased box) does not qualify if the product itself is intact.
3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
5. How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We strive to deliver your order promptly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
9. Fraud Prevention
